●
Description
CMOS op-amp BU7261/BU7241 family and
BU7262/BU7242 family are input and output
full swing op-amp. These ICs integrate one
op-amp or two independent op-amps and phase
compensation capacitor on a single chip.
The features of these ICs are low operating supply
Voltage +1.8V to +5.5V(single supply) and low
supply current, extremely low input bias current.
