The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMPDM7120G
is an Enhancement-mode N-Channel Field Effect
Transistor, manufactured by the N-Channel DMOS
Process, designed for high speed pulsed amplifier and
driver applications. This MOSFET offers low rDS(ON)
and low threshold voltage.
