5.1. Place one plastic reel on machine.
将一个塑料盘(来料)安装在收料器上。
注：卷盘是回收利用来料的塑料卷盘。

5.2. Reel one circle of cover tape & 300mm of empty carrier sealed with cover tape onto reel core.
在卷盘的中心先卷一圈胶布，然后再空卷300毫米的编带和胶布。

5.4. Stick the end of cover tape.

5.6. Place an inner label on the reel full of products.
在卷盘一侧(以产品拉出时朝向操½员的一侧)贴一内标签。
5.7. Set up a box and secure bottom flaps with tape.
折叠½一包装箱，并用胶带封½箱的底部。
5.8. Place 4 plastic reels have inner packaged.
放四个已包装½的塑料盘入箱中。

5.9. Seal the box with tape. And place product identification label in "product id" marked on box.
用胶带封箱，在箱外印有“PRODUCT
ID”标识处贴上外标签。

将一块气泡垫(623881-5)½于箱底，气泡朝下。
5.10. Wrap 5 reels of product with two pieces of air cap (8-912066-8) and place it into the box.
用两块气泡垫(8-912066-8)十字交叉地将5卷产品裹包½，然后放入箱中，气泡朝外。

5.11. Place one piece air cap(623881-5) on the top of products, bubble face up.
最后再将一块气泡垫(623881-5)放在产品上面，气泡面朝上。
5.12. Seal the box with tape. And place product identification label in "product id" marked on box
用胶带封箱，在箱外印有“PRODUCT
ID”标识处贴上外标签。
