Circular connector serie ECTA 133 :
This connector was especially designed for industrial applications where his rugged design, convenient push-pull operation,
wide range of contact sizes and high contact densities. It provide an ideal component to use in a wide range of applications:
Typical industrial applications such as robotics and laboratory test equipment, the transportation industry (automobile, trucks and
railway) and tool interconnection.
serie 1331: power transmission connector (to 125 A) equipped with lead ground contact (and pilot contacts for the arrangement
605 for 100 A current and 706 for 125 A current).
serie 1332: signal transmission connector (to 25 A) for data or signal transmission. The current ratings of the contacts also
permit the connector to be used for low power transmission.
A fiber optic version is available on request (see page 13).
Possibility of cabled and overmolded connectors for quantity higher than 500 pieces (see page 13).
Possibility of specific development (for example: mixed arrangement, specific shells…) for quantity higher than
1000 pieces (on request).
These connectors can’t be connected or disconnected under voltage.
Rundsteckverbinder der Serie ECTA 133:
Die Rundsteckverbinder ECTA 133 sind für den Einsatz in der Industrie, im Labor, im Apparate- und Fahrzeugbau entwickelt.
Sie bewähren sich unter harten Betriebs- und Umgebungsbedingungen. Es handelt sich um wasserdichte Steckverbinder mit
Push-Pull Schnellverschluß.
Serie 1331: Netzstecker (bis 125 A) mit voreilendem Massekontakt und zusätzlichen Pilotkontakten für Polbild
605 für 63 A Nennstrom und Polbild 706 für 125 A Nennstrom.
Serie 1332: Datenübertragungsstecker (bis 25 A) zur Übertragung von Signalen und Daten sowie als
Schwachstrom-Versorgungsstecker geeignet.
Eine LWL-Ausführung ist auf Anfrage lieferbar (siehe Seite 13).
Für Mengen größer 500 Stück, besteht die Möglichkeit umspritzte Steckverbindungen zu fertigen (siehe Seite 13).
Für Mengen größer 1000 Stück, ist es möglich Stecker in Sonderausführung (zum Beispiel: Mischpolbild, Gehäuse
in Sonderausführung....) zu entwickeln.
Diese Steckverbinder dürfen betriebsmäßig nicht unter Spannung gesteckt und getrennt werden.

Les connecteurs circulaires ECTA 133 ont été élaborés pour différents secteurs d'activités tel que l'industrie, la robotique,
les laboratoires, les transports, ainsi que tous les types d'appareillages pouvant faire appel à la connectique.
serie 1331: connecteurs d'alimentation (jusqu'à 125 A) équipés d'un contact de masse avancé (et de contacts pilotes pour
l'arrangement 605 pour une intensité de 100 A et l'arrangement 706 pour une intensité de 125 A).
serie 1332: connecteurs de transmission de données et de signaux (jusqu'à 25 A) ainsi que pour des alimentations de
faible puissance.
Possibilité de version fibre optique sur demande (voir page 13).
Possibilité de version surmoulée pour des quantités supérieures à 500 pièces (voir page 13).
Pour des quantités supérieures à 1000 pièces, possibilité de développement de connecteur spécifique (exemple: arrangement
mixte, boîtier spécifique…).
Ces connecteurs ne doivent en aucun cas être connectés ou déconnectés sous tension.

To order a connector you need the Part-Number of the connector (follow table below)
and of the backshell (given in table on page 8-9).
Zum Bestellen eines Steckverbinders, benötigen Sie die Artikelnummer des Steckergehäuses (siehe Tabelle unten)
und die Artikelnummer des Endgehäuses (siehe Tabellen auf den Seiten 8-9).
Pour votre commande, il vous faut déterminer la référence du connecteur (voir tableau ci-dessous)
et la référence du raccord arrière (directement donnée dans les tableaux page 8-9).

Arrangement 1-03 and 1-93, 2-05 and 2-95 are not compatible.

The drawings show male insulators from the mating side and the female insulator from the rear side.
Polbilder 1-03 und 1-93, 2-05 und 2-95 sind nicht kompatibel.
Maximaler Strom pro Kontakt ist bei 40°C gegeben. Bei anderen Umgebungstemperaturen siehe Kennlinie Seite 15.
Nennspannung ist angegeben bei Verschmutzungsgrad 1. Bei anderem Verschmutzungsgrad siehe Seite 16.
Abbildungen sind für Stiftisolierkörper vorderseitig und Buchsenisolierkörper rückseitig gegeben.
Arrangements 1-03 et 1-93, 2-05 et 2-95 non intermariables.
L'intensité max./contact est donnée pour une température ambiante de 40° C. Pour une autre température voir page 15.

Repérage face avant pour l'isolant mâle et face arrière pour l'isolant femelle.
