Description
The Broadcom® 1W High Power White LED is a high
performance energy efficient device that can handle high
thermal and high driving current.
The package is compatible with reflow soldering process. To
facilitate easy pick-and-place assembly, the LEDs are packed in
tape and reel. Every reel is shipped in single intensity and color
bin to provide close uniformity.
