Test Method
Apply DV voltage of 2.5 times the rated voltage for 5 sec.
Apply rated DC voltage for 1.5 hr. ON and 0.5 hr. OFF. Total time of 1000 hrs.
Temperature of 40ºC. Humidity of 90-95% RH. Total time of 1000 hrs.
Temperature of 40ºC. Humidity of 90-95% RH. Apply 1/10 rated power for 1.5 hr. ON
and 0.5 hr. OFF. Total time of 1000 hrs.
Dip lead into solder bath at temperature of 260ºC x 10ºC up to 1.5mm from the body of the
resistor. Leave in solder bath for 10 secs. Test after 24 hrs. in room temperature
> 95% coverage
