The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMSD7000
type is a ultra-high speed silicon switching diodes
manufactured by the epitaxial planar process, in an
epoxy molded super-mini surface mount package,
connected in a series configuration, designed for high
speed switching applications.
