Uninterruptible power supply units continue to deliver power
even in the event of mains breakdowns or failures.
The product described here is an uninterruptible power sup-
ply (UPS) with integrated battery module. In the event of
mains breakdowns or failures, it switches to battery opera-
tion without interruption so that connected loads continue to
be consistently supplied.
