PRECI-DIP is pleased to introduce series 851-PP-NNN-40-252191 horizontal
SMT packaged in tape and reel for the convenience of production assembly. 851
series sockets are advantageous to design engineers who need high-density
1,27mm pin spacing, packaged inside a low profile, pick and place insulator.
Horizontal, board-edge interconnects are ideal for PCB to PCB daisy-chain-
ing applications, and can be used as test point locations too. 851-PP-
NNN-40-252191 are available in strips as small as 2 positions to as large as 20,
and packaged in tape and reel suitable for production SMT assembly lines.
This low-profile socket is RoHs compliant and features excellent coplanarity of
0,1mm over a span of 19 positions. This feature promotes improved solder joint
formation.
Inside of every preci-dip receptacle is a precision stamped beryllium copper
multi-finger contact which acts as the reliable mechanical and electrical inter-
face to the mating pin.
PRECI-DIP series 851-PP-NNN-40-252191 sockets accept mating pins between
0,40- 0,56mm and have a current rating of 1 amp.
