DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CM5160 is a
silicon PNP RF transistor, mounted in a hermetically
sealed package, designed for high frequency amplifier
and non-saturated switching applications. This device
is a replacement for the 2N5160.
