Product Description
The IB IL Tempcontrol software simplifies the operation and handling of the multi-channel controllers of type IB IL TEMPCON considerably. The
comfortable graphic startup tool therefore assumes the operation, visualization and diagnostics of these multi-channel controllers.
It also offers a clear configuration and monitoring of the oscilloscope function of the controller system as well as a controller and path simulation. The
Tempcontrol tool is available as PC software for Windows 2000 and Windows XP. A notebook equipped with the Tempcontrol tool is connected to a
corresponding function terminal block via the RS-232 interface of the PC (such as COM1).
TEMPCON Inline temperature controllers are precise and compact multi-channel controllers based on microcontrollers, which are used for control tasks
in all sectors of industry. They enable you to select simple on/off closed-loop control with a threshold value switch, digital PID closed-loop control or
motor step closed-loop control for each channel. The multi-channel controllers are available both in a compact design and as a modular system that can
be extended (TEMPCON 300 with up to 30 closed-loop control circuits).
A number of features help to considerably increase the control quality, cost-effectiveness, and operational reliability of supply and production processes.
Two integrated procedures for automatic self-tuning ensure optimum control behavior and the measuring circuit monitoring with its corresponding
manual mode function ensures optimum availability of the control processes.
In addition, the multi-channel controllers offer a wide range of practical functions, such as the startup circuit, controlled heating, a second setpoint, and
ramp or boost functions that simplify the work of programmers and startup engineers.
You receive a demo version of the startup tool (engineering tool) during the installation with the provision that it can only be operated "offline". In order
to get the full function, you must purchase the license key IB IL TEMPCONTROL (Order No.: 27 19 370). The connecting cable between the PC and the
Tempcon module (RS-232 cable) is included in the package contents.
