Omnidirectional Antenna

Pulse Electronics is proud to introduce our first Omni antenna

to cover the entire 5.X frequency band. This Omnidirectional,

5 dBi antenna represents the initial offering in the product

line to be followed by 8 and 10 dBi gain models. These anten-

nas are ideally suited for direct mounting to access points for

indoor and outdoor WLAN applications. They can be directly

mounted to the access point or mounted remotely and con-

nected through cabling if required. Antennas are available in

N-Male or Female connectors, or with cable pigtail and choice

of connectors. The antenna is IP65 Rated to prevent water

ingress, and is less than 7” in height.

The Broad Elevation Beamwidth of this antenna allows it to be

mounted in either the traditional upright or inverted orientation

without degrading performance. The combination of minimal

length and small - under 1” - diameter radome provides for

minimal wind-loading when in multiple antenna outdoor appli-

cations. This antenna combined with the RO24xx product line

offers superior performance and value for enterprise WLAN

deployments.
