S-1731 Series, developed using the CMOS technology, is a 2-channel positive voltage regulator IC which has the low
dropout voltage, the high-accuracy output voltage and the low output current consumption of 300 mA.
Users are able to use a small ceramic capacitor of 1.0
μF
for this IC. This IC includes two regulator circuits with
±1.0%
high-
accuracy output voltage in the super-small HSNT-6A package.
Compared with the conventional 300 mA output current 2-channel CMOS voltage regulators, high-density mounting is
realized by using the super-small package and a small ceramic capacitor. Also, the low current consumption makes the S-
1731 Series ideal for mobile devices.
