4. PACKAGING METHOD
包装方法
4.1. Fix a reel on machine.
将一个卷盘安装在机器上。
注：卷盘是回收利用来料的纸卷盘。

4.2. Reel one circle cover tape and 300mm of empty carrier sealed with cover tape in reel core.
在卷盘的中心先卷一圈胶布，然后再至少空卷300毫米的编带和胶布。
4.3. Inner packaging specification will be fixed based on action packing machine's operation.
内包装的方法依照机器的运½来操½。

4.4. Stick the end of cover tape.
用胶带贴½胶布末端。
4.5. Take off the reeler.

4.6. Place an inner label on the reeler full of products .

4.7. Set up a box and secure bottom flaps with tape.
折叠½一包装箱，并用胶带封½箱的底部。
FOR TYPE B, G~K, N~V :
4.8. Place one piece of bubble pad into bottom of box, bubble facing down.
在箱底放一块气泡垫，气泡面朝下。
4.9. Place qty as 2 reelers have packaged into box.
按2中将一定数量已包装½的纸盘放入箱中。
注：贴有标签的一面朝上。

4.10. Place one piece of bubble pad on top of reeler, bubble facing up.
在纸盘的上面放二块气泡垫，气泡面朝上。
