Description and Applications
The SBR30A100CT & SBR30A100CTFP provide very low VF and
excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. They are
ideal for use as a rectifiers, freewheel diodes or blocking diodes in:
DC-DC Converters
AC-DC Adaptors
