HCT-900 SYSTEM CONVECTION REWORK SYSTEMS
The HCT-900 can be used for the removal and replacement of
electronic components, including lead-free, from 0201 up to 304-
Pin QFP. It is also effective at reworking pin-hole devices such as
sockets and connectors. And, using it with solder braid and flux
is a fast and efficient way to remove solder shorts and splashes.
It can also be used in plastic applications such as applying shrink
wrap to components or the formation of plastic rivets.
MX-5200 DUAL SIMULTANEOUS SOLDERING,
DESOLDERING AND REWORK SERIES
The MX-5200 Soldering, Desoldering and Rework Series offers the same increased productivity and process
control as the MX-5000 Series, now with dual-simultaneous ports. The MX-5200 can be operated with two
hand-pieces dynamically sharing the 80 watts output power based on demand adding even more application
flexibility and speed.
HCT Hand Held Convection Tool
The HCT-900 Hand Held Convection Tool offers a low cost, versatile rework solution for a wide variety
of production and rework application challenges. It has a compact, robust design comprising of analog
controls for both airflow and heat. A closed loop feedback circuit controls the temperature allowing the
desired temperature to be achieved and maintained regardless of changes in the volume of airflow.

PS-900 SOLDERING SYSTEMS
PS-900 Solar Soldering System
OK International has launched a new soldering system for PV tabbing and bussing applications proven to
reduce micro cracking. The PS‐900 with specially designed hoof tip geometry optimizes the power delivered
to the solder joint while it’s temperature‐sensitive heater ensures low temperature soldering thus minimizing
thermally induced stresses on cell surfaces.
