General Description
BD2041AFJ and BD2051AFJ are single channel high
side switch ICs with over-current protection for
Universal Serial Bus (USB) power supply line. These
ICs have low ON-Resistance N-Channel power
MOSFETs with low supply current, built-in over-current
protection circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, under
voltage lockout and soft-start circuit.
