Product Description
This AS-Interface gateway allows an AS-i 2.1 system to be connected to the Inline system. It forms part of an Inline station in IP20 degree of protection
and can also be used in Inline systems for PROFIBUS, PROFINET, DeviceNet™ or Ethernet.
The configuration of the AS-i system is performed directly on the device by means of pushbuttons, or by means of parameterization via software. AS-
Interface can also be integrated into the Inline system using CMD software. The gateway has a 3-digit, 7-segment display to display the status and
diagnostics results.
The ASI MA IL UNI gateway is easy to service and maintain, like all the modules in the Inline series:
- Pluggable wiring
- Extensive diagnostics displays for the local bus and AS-Interface.
- Automatic power supply when snapped into the Inline station
- Terminal points labeled with Zack marker strips
As the AS-i master, the gateway can operate up to 62 AS-i slaves in accordance with extended specification 2.1.
