Description:
The MwT-495927 is a high linearity GaAs MMIC amplifier utilizing MwT’s proprietary linear MESFET device
technology. It is specifically designed as a linear driver stage for 802.16 applications in the 4.9 - 5.9GHz bands. This
MMIC has fully matched RF input and output for easy system integration and best RF performance.
