128MByte (32M x 36) CMOS DRAM Module
General Description
The SM53632100UP5UU is a high performance,
128-megabyte dynamic RAM module organized as 32M
words by 36 bits, in a 72-pin, leadless, single-in-line
memory module (SIMM) package. SM536321002P5UU
supports 2K Refresh. SM536321004P5UU supports 4K
Refresh.
The module utilizes seventy-two CMOS (TSOP package),
16Mx1 dynamic RAMs and four buffers on two epoxy
laminate substrates. The two substrates are connected
together with headers to form a single modular unit. Each
device is accompanied by a decoupling capacitor for
improved noise immunity.
Control lines are so provided that byte control is possible.
All signals are buffered (74ABT16244 or equivalent)
except data and PDs.
