PanJit International Inc. has expanded its PJSD05ULTM series with low capacitance and
high power TVS/ESD Protection in ultra small 0402 package.
The series of TVS arrays is designed to protect sensitive electronics from damage or
latch-up due to ESD. It is designed to replace multilayer varistors(MLVs) in portable
applications such as cell phones, notebook computers, and PDAs.
