The LTP-20088A-01 is 1.95 inch (49.53 mm) matrix height 8

dot matrix display. The green series devices utilize LED chips
which are made from GaP on a transparent GaP substrate. The
red orange series devices utilize LED chips which are made from
GaAsP on a transparent GaP substrate. the multicolor displays
have gray face and white dots.
