1500W Transient Voltage Suppression Diode
Description
The 1.5KE Series is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic
quipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient
voltage events.

Peak power dissipation 1500W@10x1000us Pulse.
Excellent clamping capability.
Fast response time : typically less than 1ns.

Plastic material has UL flammability classification 94V-O
RoHS compliant in lead-free versions.
Applications
1.5KE Series are ideal for the protection of I/O Interfaces, V
CC
bus and other vulnerable circuits used in Telecom, Computer
Industrial and Consumer electronic application

CASE: JEDEC DO-201 Molded Plastic over glass passivated junction.
Mounting Position: Any
Polarity: by cathode band denotes uni-directional device.
Terminal: Solder plated, solderable per MIL-STD-750, Method 2026
