标准点阵汉字库芯片
1 概述
GT32L32M0180是一款拥有12x12,16x16,24x24、
32x32点阵字库芯片,
支持GB18030½标汉字(含
有½家信标委合法授权)、ASCII字符及条½码图库。排列格式为横½横排。用户通过字符内码,利
用用户手册提供的方法计算出该字符点阵在芯片中的地址,可从该地址连续读出字符点阵信息。
GT32L32M0180除含有上述字库以外,还提供256个扇区,每个扇区4K字节或16页,每页256字
节,可自由读写空间地址范围为:0x000000~0x0FFFFF, 该自由读写空间在各厂商烧½器中的型号为
GT64G80,在烧½器的上½机½件中选择该型号即可烧½,可重复擦写10万次以上。
