DESCRIPTION
ESD0501BL is a low-capacitaannce Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) designneed to provid
electrostatic discharge (ESD) pprotection For high-speed data interfaces. With typical capacitance of
0.5pF, ESD0501BL is designed to
protect parasitic-sensitive systteems against over-voltage and over-
current transsient events. It complies with IEC 61000-4-2 (EESSD), Level 4 (±15kV air, ±8kV contact
dissccharge), IEC 61000-4-4 (electrical fast transientt - EFT) (40A, 5/50 ns), very fast charged devicee
model (CDM) ESD and cable discharge event (CDDE E), etc. ESD0501BL uses ultra-small DFNN11006
package. Each ESD0501BL device cann protect one high-speed data line. It offers syssttem designers
flexibility to protect single data line wwhere space is a premium concern. The combined ffeatures of low
capacitance, ultra-small size anndd high ESD robustness make ESD0501BBLL ideal for high-speed data
port and high-ffrrequency line applications, such as cellular phhoones and HD visual devices.
