MCD5101——Low ESR Cap. Compatible Positive Voltage regulator
General Description:
The MCD5101 is a highly precise, low power
consumption, low dropout linear regulator,
offering excellent AC performance with high
power supply rejection ratio(PSRR), low
noise, fast start-up, and excellent line and
load transient response with consuming a
less than 0.5uA quiescent current. The
MCD5101 is applying an advanced CMOS
process to yield low drop voltage typically
200mV at 100mA output.
The MCD5101 uses a precision voltage
reference and feedback loop to achieve
accuracy of overall line, load, process and
temperature variations. Output voltage is
selectable in 100mV steps from 1.5V to
5.0V.
The EN function enables the input to be
turned off, resulting in greatly reduced power
consumption.
