The MOC302_ series are optically coupled 0.5 3.35 0.26
isolators consisting of a Gallium Arsenide
infrared emitting diode coupled with a light
activated silicon bilateral switch performing the ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS
functions of a triac mounted in a standard 6 pin (25 °C unless otherwise noted)
dual-in-line package.
